European Collaboration and Innovation: university students with Rold for the future of household appliances.
Rold hosted students from 4 universities in his spaces in MIND: University of Ljubljana, University of Zagreb, Polytechnic of Milan and Technical University of Vienna. Together with researchers from our Innovation and Applied Research laboratory (RLab) and university professors, the students and guest students collaborated to respond to a challenge: a real Hackaton in which new solutions for the world were co-created of household appliances and an opportunity for discussion with experts in the sector. The initiative falls within the “Pro Hackin’” project, co-financed by the European Union within the Erasmus + Program and has the aim of improving teaching methodologies and promote collaboration between the industrial and academic world.
RLab constantly collaborates with universities to encourage cross-contamination approaches in higher education and support the development of innovative solutions that respond to industrial challenges.
