Great opportunity for ROLD which participated in the first international conference of LCAMP: Learner Centric Advanced Manufacturing Platform for CoVEs held in Aalen on 14 and 15 May: an intense two days of networking and cross-contamination on the topics of Education, Professional Training and Advanced Manufacturing.
How will manufacturing professions change in the coming years?
What skills will be needed to ensure decent work for all?
In order to answer these questions and offer training experiences capable of providing the necessary tools to manage the transformative changes we are experiencing, we have compared ourselves with more than 140 other realities that, like us, have continuous training at heart, including AFIL – Associazione Fabbrica Intelligente Lombardia and MADE – Competence Center Industry 4.0 (both partners of the project hashtag#LCAMP), and Festo Training & Consulting.
In particular, AFIL intervened to present its commitment to some Work Packages in relation to the Observatory dedicated to skills in Advanced Manufacturing and the use of the ADMA methodology in project activities (with a synergistic perspective with the initiative ADMA TranS4MErs, in which the Cluster is involved).
