Rold was one of the 11 companies joining the initiative “Al lavoro 4.0”, which was sponsored by Gruppo Digital360, Caritas Ambrosiana e Fondazione San Carlo. The project aimed at providing young NEET with new opportunities to enter the job market. In order to do so, the training course included diverse modules. Among them, Rold delivered two modules:

  • Mechanical technologies
  • Quality process.
