The training course has been jointly designed by Rold Academy and the Rold Quality Team. Thanks to this training course attendees will be able to manage all the main tools useful for monitoring the production processes. This will enable attendees to correctly interpret and present the collected data.
The training course is made up of three modules; each lasting 8 hours. Each module has been conceived to offer attendees a mix of theory and practice as detailed in the following:
Module 1 – Main Tools: In this module it will be possible to deepen the knowledge (Theory and Practice) on the main tools useful for the analysis of the process.
Module 2 – From numbers to graphs: Convert a set of numbers in a ready-to-use information.
Modulo 3 – Understanding the process: Convert the information in an indicator showing the process trends.
The delivery of Module 1 has just been completed. Module 2 will be delivered in the first half of May.

In order to strengthen the hard skills of our people, we have been organising diverse courses addressing multiple needs and targeting different roles and beneficiaries.
In 2020, we have designed a three-years training plan, which aims at reinforcing and upskilling our people in the following areas: Quality process, Smart Manufacturing, Lean and product design.
Currently we are delivering the first course, which focuses on I4.0 Manufacturing.
